The goal of Executive Coaching is simple: To improve results in a sustainable way. You want outcome related to improved leadership skills, enhanced financial results, clarity of strategy – structure – process, organizational effectiveness or career progress and personal satisfaction.

THE EXECUTIVE COACHING PROCESS

We conduct executive coaching in face-to-face sessions or sessions via teleconference (e.g. Skype). Both are effective, however face-to-face sessions are recommended especially for the first sessions as your coach and you need to establish trust, goals, strategies and actions to move along the process.

The process itself will follow the basic steps of coaching such as goal setting, strategies, actions, and monitoring or revisiting. Based on your leadership style we will identify what items on your improvement list need to be focused on. During the process, we will always consider your work environment, your organizational structure, and any interpersonal relationship problems that might be hindering greater achievement.

During your journey we will use different tools to create awareness in respect to your personality, preferences, behaviors and values. We also explore obstacles that may be in the way of improving your leadership journey. Framed strategies and appropriate actions will support you in your cognitive and behavioral self-learning process to achieve your desired outcome.

Length and number of sessions are flexible and can be adapted to your schedule. We recommend one-hour sessions, one to three times per month over a period of 6 to 12 months.
