THE LIFE COACHING PROCESS

We conduct life coaching in face-to-face sessions or sessions via teleconference (e.g. Skype). Both are effective, however face-to-face sessions are recommended especially for the first sessions as your coach and you need to establish trust, goals, strategies and actions to move along the process.

Typically, we conduct life coaching programs over a three-month period. Depending on your needs, desires, and goals, we can also conduct shorter programs or individual sessions. A session lasts for 1 hour and we recommend between 1-3 sessions per month over a period of 3 months or longer.

There are many different coaching methodologies, representing the popularity and effectiveness of personal development through coaching. Our method incorporates several different techniques to help you identify the state of your present life and help you refocus and revitalize it. We look at your preferences, motivations and values to put things into perspective. Through life coaching, we help you identify your goals in different life areas, such as health, work, family, relationships, spirituality and more.

To develop efficient strategies, we will narrow your identified areas into meaningful, smaller pieces that are easier to deal with. We help you brainstorm and prioritize a plan of action that suits your personality and satisfies your inner self. Throughout the entire process, we consider your strengths, weaknesses, habits and find the best way forward. At different times during the coaching sessions, we look at what you have achieved and work on removing any obstacles to your progress.
