The Apollo Career Profile enables you to understand in which of the 34 areas you may need to improve your skillset. Major dimensions of the test are related to conflict management, people orientation, values, strategic orientation, leadership & influence, career drives, workplace management and coping. The test also provides important information about your work preferences, motivation, and values. After taking the test we discuss the results and potential areas of improvement. We then support you in defining objectives, steps and actions.
The Apollo Career Profile is frequently used during individual coaching, but can also be a module in team coaching and team & leadership workshops.
