MBTI – Know “Self” and Improve your Personal and Business Life & Performance
The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The test has its roots in psychology and theories of Carl Jung – a Swiss psychiatrist and psychotherapist who is the founder of analytical psychology. The typological theories of Carl Jung are almost 100 years old and were later fine-tuned by Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Myers Briggs. The MBTI is “The Psychometric Tool” to assess your personality type in below four dimensions. This knowledge helps people achieve their objectives in both personal and business relationships. The improved understanding of oneself and others is one of MBTI’s greatest benefits.
We at C&E use the tool frequently. Mostly it is applied during individual coaching, but also during team coaching and team & leadership workshops.
