We at C&E Coaching – Change and Evolve have unique and complementary skills to coach individuals to grow, teams to perform and leaders to lead. Our goal is to contribute to your potential and success – be it as an individual, team or organization.

Each of us has more than 20 years of professional and/or academic experience. We know the language of business and the challenges individuals, teams and organization face. We combine first-hand experience and business knowledge towards achieving sustainable business results for our customers.

Gregor Schmalz

Gregor’s expertise is in Executive & Life Coaching, Team & Leadership as well as Cross-Cultural workshops. He held senior management and executive positions in the past 20 years and lived and worked in more than 30 countries. He also lectures International Business, Strategy and other organizational behavior related topics at reputable MBA programs on different continents. Among his clients are expatriates, individuals, executive & senior managers, Fortune companies, Firms and bigger SME’s.

Astrid Kainzbauer

Astrid specializes in cross-cultural training and team & leadership workshops. She is Assistant Professor at CMMU (College of Management Mahidol University) and teaches Cross-Cultural Management as well as Organizational Behavior. She has been invited as a visiting professor at reputable MBA programs around the globe. Astrid conducts workshops and trainings for expatriates, families, managers & international teams and provides cross-cultural consulting to multinational companies.
